How to deactivate your license offline?

Before you can activate your ProofMaster license on another computer, you will need to deactivate it first.

If you have no internet connection available on your ProofMaster machine, you will need to deactivate your license offline.

1. Open License Info:
2. Go to "Menu -> Deactivate license..." -> Next
3. The software will detect that you do not have an internet connection and will propose you to save a configuration file. Save the configuration file and and take it to a computer that has Internet access.
   
4. On the computer with internet access, go to http://support.proofmaster.net and login with your ProofMaster.net or PrintFactory.net credentials. After that, point your browser to http://support.proofmaster.net/register/Deactivate.asp
5. Upload the configuration file you got from the ProofMaster activation wizard and click the "Deactivate" button:
   
6. You will now receive the message that your product is deactivated and an email has been sent to the email address you used to register your license.
7. Wait for the email, and take the "Deactivate.cfg" file to the ProofMaster computer.
8. In the deactivation wizard on the ProofMaster computer, open the "Deactivate.cfg" file:
   
9. Click "Next" and "Finish". Your License is now deactivated.
