I can not create a printing queue, only a screen printing queue

Problem: When you try to create a new printing queue in ProofMaster 4, the only available option is to create a screen printing queue.

The reason is that you have no printer profiles on your system for the related printer. This is to avoid customers from creating queues that will result in bad results.

When adding a printer for which we have profiles available, you will be prompted with an update notification:

If you wish to use a printer on a media for which we do not provide a printer profile, you can use the ProofMaster Calibrator in combination with either the ProofMaster internal color engine or a 3rd party color engine to create an printer profile.

(note: using the ProofMaster internal color engine requires the Advanced Color option).

Printer profiles used and created with ProofMaster 3 are compatible with ProofMaster 4.

Printer profiles are stored as DFP files in the Calibration subfolder in your ProofMaster installation folder.
