International Sales Manager

Description

Four Pees is an international business partner providing marketing, sales and distribution, as well as professional services for collaboration, production automation and color optimization solutions in the Print and Publishing markets. We are currently looking for an International Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

As International Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the business of the different brands we represent whereby your primary activities will include:

  • Attracting new resellers.
  • Managing, stimulating and training existing resellers.
  • Building and converting a pipeline of prospective customers and retaining and growing existing customers.
  • Managing key accounts and of course meeting sales targets.

Additionally, you will provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors’ pricing & position in the respective segments to enable appropriate marketing plans to be developed for driving growth.

You will conduct reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s.

As reporting to our different internal and external customers is crucial, you must be disciplined in using the various CRM & IT application tools available in our organization to enable you to better manage your sales process and share information.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Marketing.
  • 2-5 years relevant sales experience in IT / printing & publishing solutions.
  • Broad understanding of IT applications.
  • Self-management of area planning, business priority, and time.
  • Familiarity with competitive solutions, and the ability to use such data to build a value proposition.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English and German.
  • Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
  • Driving license B.

Personal skills

  • Strong selling & negotiation skills (comfortable with selling the “intangibles” like workflow solutions, software, services).
  • Competence to present sales argumentation to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales negotiations & closing.
  • Versatility to negotiate successfully with all levels of customer responsibility.
  • Capacity to build long-lasting customer relationships quickly - by showing listening skills, prompt response, reliability, and honesty.
